ALL BEGAN
Founded in 2013 by Nathan Hanks and named in honor of his father Norman, NORMco started with a single truck, trailer, and a vision: to bring smarter, more efficient fluid transfer equipment to the field. What began as a two-person operation focused on layflat hose quickly expanded into full-service pump rentals and custom equipment packages—driven by grit, family values, and word-of-mouth alone.
Today
Built On Custom Solutions
As demand grew, NORMco added engineering firepower with the launch of Iron Born Manufacturing in 2017. The expansion allowed for in-house fabrication of high-performance pump packages, manifold systems, and other complex equipment—all designed and assembled in Shawnee, Oklahoma.
By 2020, our name evolved to NORMco Pump and Power, reflecting our broader reach across multiple industries and equipment types—from construction and municipalities to mining and petrochemical sectors.
